Launching in ealry 2024, Sonic Dialog is a new series created by the Pitchhiker Foundation, that taps into the hidden conversation happening through music. The show explores influences on music creation through the eyes of the musicians themselves by asking a simple question: "what are you listening to?"

 

Each episode's songs are chosen by an artist, letting us know who they are listening to from abroad, while avoiding the "usual suspects" with a focus on tracks that most people would not have heard. We kick off learning what little-known new music Aussie musicians are listening to from the United States, digging deep into the corners of US creative diversity.  Our hosts discuss the curating artist and their picks, letting the listener in on the otherwise-invisible global dialog happening via music.
